Ever see The Days of Wine and Roses?

When Jack Lemmon stands up at the AA meeting and (as Joe Clay) says the 3 most difficult words he's ever spoken in his entire life, it was cinéma vérité.

35 years later, in a revealing interview that surprised many fans and even some friends, Jack Lemmon - good time Charlie, life of the party, Ensign Pulver, "Daphne", Felix and all that -
finally admitted that he wasn't acting in that scene from Days of Wine and Roses when he spoke the line,

"I'm an alcoholic."

the above peace (and goodwill) is my own composition.
Do I have a recognisable style yet?

I wish.

The secret of getting those accent marks on phrases e.g. cinema verite (which means cinema of truth) with a limited pc keyboard is you copy and paste the phrase from a dictionary or wikipedia.
And then from your posted notes - cinéma vérité!
Wah-la!
